The first time you call, use the last four digits of the Social Security or Tax Identification number assigned to the account you wish to access.  You will then be required to change your PIN number. 

Here are the steps (which you will only have to do once), to activate your Access24 account.

Call 1-877-743-BANK (2265).

bullet

Have account number(s) handy.

bullet

Also keep in mind you will need to enter a new PIN
number (required to be 4 digits).

Press 1 to go direct to checking

bullet

Enter account number, followed by the pound sign (#)

bullet

You will now be required change you PIN number.
(For your protection, the new number cannot
be the same as the temporary number)

Tips

bullet

Never give out your PIN number.

bullet

Never write down PIN numbers.
(especially leaving them in your wallet or purse.)
